For washing grills, deep fryers and convection steamers. Suitable for washing convection steamers supplied with automatic self-cleaning function.

PROPERTIES

The agent is used easily and conveniently. Quickly cleanses fat and food layers, soot, dirt or burnt food, prevents the formation of deposits and scale even in cold water conditions. The product is based on alkalis, has a high concentration, economical and odourless.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Pour the agent into a spray bottle and apply it evenly to the surface with a spray gun or sponge depending on the contamination degree, keep for 3 to 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water. Heavily polluted areas should be treated again. It is not recommended to use the cleaner for washing unstable surfaces (made of glass and ceramic or aluminium, painted surfaces, etc.). For steam convectomats with a self-cleaning function, use the product according to its operating instructions.

COMPOSITION

Demineralized water, non-ionic surfactants: less than 5%, EDTA: less than 5%, alkaline and organic solvents. The detergent does not contain phosphates.
